Plan the count
Set the sites worth attending, the arrangements for the day — address, arrival time, safety and site hazards — and the points you want raised while somebody is standing in the warehouse.

Size the sample before the listing exists
A count is planned weeks before there is a stock sheet, so the sample is sized on an estimate by category. When the real listing arrives, the sample is drawn against it automatically.

Count on a phone, offline
The Stock Count app works with no signal at all: the sheet, the sample and the arrangements are downloaded before anyone goes in, and everything recorded queues until there are bars again.

Conclude, with the evidence attached
Differences are triaged on site while the people who know are there. Photographs, dictation and label text stay attached to the row they explain, and the count report carries all of it.
